Her oncology massage training allows Frankie to provide a gentle, supportive treatment approach for clients who may be going through or recovering from cancer treatment, always prioritising comfort, relaxation, and individual care.

​

From bespoke colour and precision cuts to seamless hair extensions, Amy combines creativity, expertise, and a personal approach to bring every client’s vision to life. She believes a salon appointment should be about more than just great hair — it should be a chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly personalised experience.

Paige has recently completed her Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification and is excited to continue developing her skills as she begins her Level 3 training.

We’re delighted to welcome Cara to Afrodite from September.

Alongside her role as a Senior Physiotherapy Technician within the NHS, Cara brings extensive knowledge of anatomy, rehabilitation, and movement, combined with years of experience teaching Yoga and Rehab Pilates.

​

She is currently undertaking advanced training in Orthopaedic Massage, Cara takes an evidence-informed, personalised approach to treatment. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, every massage is tailored to your individual needs, helping to reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery.

Initially, Cara will be offering treatments for clients experiencing discomfort affecting the lower back, pelvis, thigh, and knee, with practical advice to support long-term movement and wellbeing.
